Privacy Policy
DishPlan respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the DishPlan app and website handle, and how. By using DishPlan you agree to this policy.
No account required
DishPlan works without creating an account. Your profile (goal, diet, allergies, body data), your meal plans and your streaks are stored locally on your device — we do not receive or store them on our servers.
Photos you scan
When you take or upload a photo of your groceries, the image is sent to our processing server and to third‑party AI providers (fal.ai and DeepSeek) to detect ingredients and generate meal suggestions and food images. Photos are used only to provide this feature, are not used to identify you, and are not sold.
Community
If you choose to post in the Community, the display name, text and photo you submit are stored on our servers (hosted on Netlify) and shown to other users. Please do not post personal or sensitive information. You can ask us to remove your posts any time.
Subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. We receive only your subscription status (active or not) — never your payment details.

What we do NOT do
We do not require your name, email or an account to use the app. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can delete all locally stored data by deleting the app. To remove community posts or to make any privacy request, contact us — we will respond promptly.
